Responsibilities

Position Highlights

We are actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician (MD or DO) with a passion for aesthetic medicine and a focus on hair restoration to join our growing team in Massachusetts. This opportunity is open to candidates interested in either part-time or full-time roles, offering flexibility to align with your clinical goals and lifestyle.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience performing or assisting in hair transplant procedures using techniques such as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and/or Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). Training in newer and advanced non-robotic FUE techniques is available. You’ll be working alongside a dedicated clinical and administrative team in a well-supported outpatient setting with access to advanced technology, trained surgical techs, and a patient base actively seeking personalized, high-quality hair restoration services.

 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, values natural and aesthetic outcomes, and is motivated by building long-term patient relationships. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education and Training: Board-certified or board-eligible physician (MD or DO). We welcome candidates from dermatology, plastic surgery, or related specialties with microsurgical experience and a strong interest in expanding their aesthetic skill set.  

Licensure: Must hold, or be eligible for, a Massachusetts medical license

Skills: Experience performing or assisting in hair transplant procedures using techniques such as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and/or Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other specialists, nurses/estheticians, and support staff.
